A new luxury development is underway in Fort Myers, and it’s already making waves with a significant sale. The Riverfront One Fort Myers project has attracted attention with a multi-million-dollar penthouse purchase.
Justin Jamison, the sales manager at One Fort Myers, said, “We actually just got the duplex penthouse under contract at over 5.3 million. So it’s a significant purchase and a significant deal for downtown, and it really lends to what this project can be in the future.”
The 21-story tower will feature 34 luxury units, making this sale its biggest yet. The penthouse, valued at more than $5 million, marks a turning point for the area’s real estate market.
“I think there was just a little bit of uncertainty about the real estate market in this area, especially 10 years ago, when this project first came off. And I think now people have come around to that,” said Jamison.
The development promises more than just residences. Jamison shared, “You have over 200,000 square feet of commercial, restaurant and entertainment space that’s coming to the city in the next 10 years, over 3000 new residences, between apartments, condos, condo high rises and hotel and hotel space.”
The luxurious duplex penthouse includes two levels, four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a private pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen.
“It’s really nice. They’re super excited. My buyers are super excited, and I’m super excited for them,” Jamison said.
As for the buyers’ identity, Jamison revealed, “They’re just a regular American family who’s done really well and are excited to be in downtown.”
The One Fort Myers project is shaping up to bring a new level of luxury and development to the city.
